Meet Bitchin’ Boucha, and the mind behind it all: Jason. Having experienced the benefits of incorporating kombucha into his daily routine, he started experimenting with making his own creative versions of small batches.  His family of six also began drinking kombucha daily and contributed their ideas to the diverse range of flavor profiles.

Jason explains what makes Bitchin’ Boucha unique: “Our small batch product is made with only organic flavor forward ingredients and probiotics with no vinegar bite.” He has inspired new kombucha fans who report they appreciate the clean taste, unique flavor offerings, and lack of bitterness.

Jason’s operation moved out of his family kitchen into a dedicated manufacturing space. Although it was challenging to scale up, Jason has successfully maintained consistent quality using that same detailed small batch approach.

He’s grateful to be a part of the local vendor team at Good Foods Grocery remarking, “I am super excited about having a home at a community health cornerstone that is Good Foods.”

You can meet Jason and try out some of his amazing kombucha at our GFG Vendor Days! He’ll be in-store June 5th, July 18th, and August 7th from 1-3pm.
