Recipe: Kiwi Sorbet

Freeze time: 1 hour
Serves:

Ingredients:
8 kiwis, peeled and sliced
4 tbsp organic honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp coconut milk

Directions: Place peeled, sliced kiwis flat on a baking sheet. Freeze for one hour. Once frozen, place kiwi into a food processor with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, or pour into a shallow container and freeze for later use.
